Website Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using shopproofqms.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Pre-launch information
The website provides general information about ShopProof, a quality-management software product under development. Planned features, pricing, availability, integrations, security controls, and launch timing may change before release.
3. No customer agreement
Visiting the website, requesting a demonstration, or corresponding with ShopProof does not create a software license, subscription, service-level commitment, partnership, agency relationship, or other customer agreement. Future platform use will be governed by separate terms.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with security or availability, scrape the site in a burdensome manner, misrepresent your identity, violate law, or copy and commercially exploit protected content without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
The ShopProof name, logo, designs, website content, product concepts, graphics, and related materials are owned by ShopProof or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you permit ShopProof to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
7. Third-party services
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
The website and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopProof disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
ShopProof is not a certification body, registrar, legal adviser, or regulatory authority. Website content is not legal, regulatory, audit, or certification advice, and use of ShopProof does not itself guarantee compliance with a standard, customer requirement, or law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopProof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the public website.
10. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website and may revise these terms. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
11. Severability and waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
